I’ve had to learn quite a few lessons the difficult way. Whether in travel, home buying and building, career, or marriage…my motivation to be so raw in my posts is to help you avoid some of the mistakes I have made. I love the life I have created now, but this life was built by the helping hands of friends, family members, complete strangers, and God.

Born Free, Now I’m Expensive
My love for fashion was born at a young age. My mom took me to my first fashion show at 6 years old. I walked in my first show at 12, and now many years later, I feel like I finally own my style. Through competing in pageants and modeling for local boutiques, I have had the pleasure of meeting so many amazing women in our area. Style speaks to me because it’s a way to express yourself, connect with other people, and empower each other.
