What a week! We made it from Asheville to Virginia for our caretaking shift, and a lot has happened. At the top of the list, I dropped a new pink bugle fringe/pearl bachelorette jacket on my Etsy shop. Also very exciting, I got to see Nanny and Granfrank to celebrate Christmas with them!! I didn’t see them the entire time I lived in Baltimore, and we have kept our distance for COVID. Speaking of COVID, Mike got his second vaccine this week!
1. Gold Acrylic Drawer Pulls (20% Off)
I ruined this Kirkland’s dresser by using Lysol wipes and made the distressed gray finished….very distressed. So, Ruthie painted it “Champagne Pink” by Dixie Belle and I popped these 3 inch gold acrylic drawer pulls on. Can you believe these are the same dressers?
These drawer pulls are so pretty in a bathroom, kitchen, literally anywhere. They come in silver also and a few different sizes.
2. Bubble Cube Candle
I was never the girl that said “it’s almost too cute to eat!”. I just dove right in to that macaron. However, these unique candles might be too cute to burn. They would make great housewarming gifts.
3. Laptop Cooling Pad
This comes in multiple colors, but the purpose is the same. Prevent your fans from sounding like a twin jet engine airplane taking off and extend the life of your laptop. Next up is a tutorial on how to clean the dust out of your laptop fan. You are supposed to do that every 3-6 months just like you would clean the dust in your house…and it is *satisfying*.
4. Pottery Barn Chandelier Sale
Trust me, I have tried to find chandeliers that match the PB aesthetic without the price tag that inflicts physical pain. It can’t be done. PB demands respect, and respect will be given. This random January sale is better than the Black Friday sale, and these chandeliers only cross the sale threshold when the inventory dictates, not the traditional ecom holiday calendar. AKA, check out now while the getting is good and these fixtures will last you the rest of your life.
5. Brinker & Eliza Heart Huggies
Valentine’s Day is 28 days away. For all we know, the Earth may go up in flames before then. We need the loving and kind people to wear their hearts on their sleeves and their ears. These hearts are perf for wearing year-round as they aren’t bold red-in your face, but a subtle nod at your inner Aphrodite. Almost symbolic for loving speech as the heart is on your ear. Jewelry has been getting a lot deeper since the days where I bought CZ magnetic studs at Claire’s.
Shop the matching necklace here and the whole collection here.
6. Neutral Bouquet
Would you rather have a bouquet of Food Lion red roses with smelly water or this gorgeous dried bouquet that lasts years? Right, so go ahead and screenshot this to your mans. Ladies, this is our year and we are not accepting anything less than what we deserve. We aren’t giving last minute effort and we aren’t taking last minute energy.

That’s all for this week! Hope you have a wonderful week! Remember this quote below from the every-amazing Morgan harper Nichols. Do whatever you need to do for your mental health as we enter a new presidency and there is unrest in our country. Good people like you and I still exist. We see each other and we see a brighter future as we continue to move forward.
