Happy Sunday!
It is a special week as we roll into Thanksgiving (no pun intended) and here are my favorite picks of the week!
1. Cashmere/Wool Blend “H” Blanket
For $58.99 plus $6.99 shipping, you can have this Hermes-inspired cozy blanket by December 4th! And for $1485 cheaper lol. I mean, here is the original Hermes III Avalon Throw Blanket to compare…
On that note, Chriselle Lim, teaches her baby daughter how to say designer names in this TikTok and it is absolutely precious.
2. This Blush Pink Santa Mug
I’m not sure anything needs to be said about this besides the fact that it holds 2 pounds of liquid.
3. De-Pilling Comb for Wool & Cashmere
I will sing the praises of this little blue comb until I die. It has saved all of my nice J. Crew coats, lulu leggings, and kept my blankets from shedding. I’ve seen fancy motorized de-pillers, but the truth is that you don’t really need to spend that money. This little comb does WONDERS.
4. Wooden Wick Co. Candle Making Kit
File this under the “random” category, but a quarantine hobby has become candle making. Mike does this really unfortunate thing where he can smell a candle from a mile away. So, I researched what makes candles smell strong, etc. Evidently different waxes hold different cold and warm “throws”. They also hold different fragrance loads.
Read: I make my own candles with .025% fragrance load, and if that is the secret to a happy marriage….SO BE IT.
If you are looking to DIY an inexpensive, sweet gift for your friends & family this holiday season, may I submit Wooden Wick Co. as a possibility.
They have an entire youtube series on any question you might ask when it comes to candles, but it is pretty straight forward and takes no time.
5. Etsy Monogram Gift Tags
These personalized gift tags bring an extra special touch and some are on sale for Black Friday. My mother raised me to be a woman with a tissue paper and recycled gift bag closed. I have no doubt that my Aunties would hand this gift tag right back to me to use this next year and move on to dessert like nothing happened. There is no shame when it comes to precious papier such as this.
6. SnoFlock Flocking Powder
I have bought and rebought this flocking powder many times over. We use this for our main tree and ourdoor trees. It is the best! Make sure you have a spray bottle on hand and a strainer. To figure out how much you need to buy depends on your desired level of flockedness and tree size. So, make sure you read their chart and order early!
That’s it for today! I hope you have a wonderful, safe, and very happy Thanksgiving!
