What better way to end 2020 than risking our lives to hike up an icy mountain? To be honest, if I could wear an emerald green New Year’s Eve dress every day, I would run up any mountain!
In 2020, Mike and I spent over 250 days apart, I lived in Baltimore most of the year. I left my job with Stryker Trauma, we packed up our home in Virginia Beach, bought a home in Asheville, NC. We are so lucky to have our health and each other, but dang, I’d be good if I never had to repeat another year like this.
This Mac Duggal Sequin Strip Plunge Neckline Gown is arguably one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever put on my body. New Year’s Eve fashion is right up there with National Finals Rodeo fashion in my book. The more sequins, the better.
That’s why I always wanted a New Year’s Eve wedding growing up. Then, I grew up and you know how that goes.
This shade of emerald is absolutely stunning, the beaded belt…so flattering. The sheer sleeves? Immaculate. I could sing the praises of the incredible Mac Duggal forever, but you already know he is amazing.
This dress also comes in a gorgeous midnight blue. I stayed true to size at a 6, and it fit perfectly.
Thank You So Much!

I launched Chasing Chelsea from our Airbnb in Savannah on New Years Day in 2019, so this week is extra special. What a coincidence that I even wore an off-the-shoulder emerald green dress very similar to this one in the What I’ve Learned After 1 Month of Blogging!!
I hope you enjoyed this Mac Duggal emerald green New Year’s Eve dress. More so, I hope you had a very safe and happy holiday.
xx, Chels
